  • IT Basics Individual Program
  • FULL-TIME POSITIONS

Highlights

The IT Basics Individual Program runs for six months. Right from the beginning you will be part of a team where you will learn the job basics by working together with your colleagues. You have a personal coach with whom you develop a customized training program and who also supports your development in your new position.

After six months, you, together with the entire team involved in the program should have established a network that you continue to develop together. In your role you will be an important part of our business where your knowhow regarding IT development combined with the ability to meet colleagues from businesses and other areas in IT will further advance our company’s performance capacities. This will be a prerequisite if we aim to succeed in developing IT systems for the company’s future.

We offer challenges beyond ordinary tasks and a really fun and dynamic job where you can develop your abilities in a professional environment. Once you are ready to move on, you can progress to the position of IT specialist in areas such as project management, integration and process development.

Who we are looking for

As a suitable candidate, you can also provide a degree as a systems analyst, engineer or equivalent. This is not mandatory, due to the fact you will get a certified degree when the program ends. However, we value previous experience from the IT, engineering or banking and financial sector, though it would be preferable if you have not have worked for more than one year since finishing your studies. It is obligatory to have proven excellent skills in both written and spoken English.

Full-time positions

For our full-time positions, we are interested in applications from driven individuals with sharp analytical skills who can easily adapt in teams and have an interest in business and finance. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and integrity. Applications should include a cover letter, CV, and have a proven certificate regarding university and high school grades.
